Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed by the User to the Platform.
w56aw reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.
